报告内容简介：

       Motivated by Nazarov’s work on seminormal forms for the Brauer algebra over \(\mathbb C\), Ariki, Mathas and Rui introduced the cyclotomic Nazarov--Wenzl algebras. This subsequently led to a series of developments on cyclotomic and diagrammatic categories of Brauer and Kauffman type.

       In this talk, I will survey a series of works on the affine Brauer category and the cyclotomic Brauer category, including recent progress on affine Brauer categorification. This is based on joint work with Mengmeng Gao and Linliang Song.

主讲人简介：

       芮和兵，同济大学数学科学学院教授、博士生导师、国家级高层次青年人才，曾获教育部新世纪人才计划、教育部优秀青年教师资助计划、上海市优秀学科带头人资助计划、上海市自然科学一等奖。长期从事与李代数、量子群有关的一些结合代数的表示理论研究，突出工作是给出一个算法, 用来判断一般域上的Brauer代数是否半单, 从而完全解决了这一具有悠久历史的问题。在Adv. Math.、Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.、J. Reine Angew. Math.、Math. Z.、J. Algebra、J. Pure Appl. Algebra等著名杂志上发表学术论文40余篇，多次主持国家自然科学基金面上项目。
