In 1997, our university worked out " the implemental outline of scientific research improving project " , made and implemented the awarding policy, and established special funds for research, which encouraged teachers and researchers greatly. The multimedia disk of "Deng Xiaoping theory and the development of the present China society "has been spoken highly of by some leaders of our country such as Li Lanqing and many people of the Ministry of Education. Facing the new century, our research is becoming more and more lively. The teachers and researchers are working hard to make "the best scientific atmosphere", and make our university a research-oriented and comprehensive normal university which is the best of China, and very influential all over the world.
